At M.A.D Lab, we care about your shopping experience and your satisfaction. If you are not happy with your product, you can return it for a refund, regardless of the reason, within 30 days of purchase. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

• Please note that some conditions apply:

  • While we don’t offer direct exchanges, you’re welcome to return any unwanted items and then order what you’d like.
  • You are responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product unless the product is defective or damaged during transit.
  • For non-quality related warranty claims, we refund only the cost of the product itself.
  • The product must be unused and in the original packaging, with all accessories and packaging included.
  • You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or invoice.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these criteria.
  • Some items are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. These include:
    • Promotional gift items: These are free items that are given away with your purchase. They cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
    • Bundle items: These are items that are sold together at a discounted price. To receive a full refund, you must return all items within the bundle. If you only return some of the items, the remaining items will be charged at their full price, and your refund will be adjusted accordingly.

  If you would like to return a product:

  • Fill out the form at the bottom of the page with the following information:
    • Your order number and date of purchase
    • The item(s) you want to return
    • The reason for your return
  • We will reply within 2 working days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
  • Please pack the product in its original condition, unused and undamaged, with all accessories and packaging included, and write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package.
  • Please send the product back to us within 14 days of receiving the RMA number. A returned product without RMA number will not be accepted.
