• All US orders are fulfilled from local Amazon fulfillment centers across the United States via Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF).

• Every order comes with a tracking number, which will be sent to you by email once your package ships. You can also log in to your account or click the tracking link anytime to view and follow your order’s progress.

Cut-off time for same-day fulfillment:

• Order acceptance cut-off for Expedited Shipping is 2:00 PM PT (Pacific Time).

• Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT on business days will be accepted and processed on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM PT, or on weekends and holidays, will be processed on the next business day.

• Timely delivery is subject to carrier operating standards. Circumstances out of our control (such as severe weather, natural disasters, or peak holiday delays) may cause shipping postponements.

Delivery Times

• Contiguous US Orders:

  • Standard Shipping: 3 business days total (click-to-delivery).

  • Expedited Shipping: 2 business days total (click-to-delivery).

• Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Territories:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days.

  • Expedited Shipping: 3–6 business days.

• Same‑day order cut‑off is 11:00am HKT. Orders to Hong Kong and Macau are shipped via SF Express daily. For international orders, we ship through Hongkong Post, with dispatches arranged by our 3PL on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
• Orders received before 11:00 a.m. HKT will be picked, packed, and shipped the same day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• Timely delivery is subject to the Terms of Service published by the carrier. Please note circumstances out of our control such as natural disasters, holiday delays, etc. may cause shipping delays and postponements.
• The recipient of the order will be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by the recipient’s country and any carrier-related fees. These fees can vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
