If you get a faulty or broken product, or if your product stops working within the warranty period, we will send you a new one for free. To use the warranty, you will need to show us picture or video proof of the problem and email our customer service team at cs@madlabglobal.com. We will email you a free shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back to us. You don’t have to pay anything for the return process.

The warranty period varies depending on the product category:

• Wireless chargers, Car chargers and GaN chargers: 2 years from the date of purchase.
• USB cables: 1 year from the date of purchase

Please note that the warranty does not cover:

• Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or accidental damage
• Products that have been modified, altered, or repaired by unauthorized parties
• Products that have been used in violation of the user manual or instructions
• Products that have been misused or physically damaged by the user or a third party

We reserve the right to refuse warranty service if we suspect fraud, abuse, or misuse of our products. We also reserve the right to modify this policy at any time without prior notice.
